Files to Upload

Four files in all: the full version (with author names and affiliations) and a blinded version for the reviewers, each as both PDF and Word

Special Conditions

  • Online participation is for Oral Presentations only — there is no online poster session
  • Online Oral Presentations are held in online rooms divided by branch and presentation language, in the same way as onsite sessions
  • Arabic-language Oral Presentations (Online and Onsite) are coordinated by the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Studies
  • Your submission's Onsite/Online mode is read automatically from your account — no need to re-select it per submission

How Review Works

After submitting, you can see which of the seven stages your paper is at, at any time.

  1. Submitted
  2. Initial screening by the branch committee, which may send it back for revision
  3. Pay the registration fee
  4. Finance verifies the payment
  5. Peer review — the reviewers read the blinded version
  6. Result
  7. Presentation room assigned

The fee is paid before peer review, not after. Your paper goes to the reviewers once Finance has verified the payment, and a presenter's participant badge is issued once the paper has been accepted.
