Click "Register" at the top right. Fill in your name, email, phone number (required), affiliation, meal preference and any food allergy, then set a password.
Verify your email
A verification link is emailed to you; click it within 24 hours to activate the account. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or request a new one from Profile Settings.
Use "Sign in" with your email and password. If you have forgotten it, use "Forgot password?" and a reset link will be emailed to you.
2. Choosing how you attend
Onsite or online
On first sign-in you choose Onsite or Online attendance, and whether you are presenting a paper or attending only. This determines your registration fee.
Pick a package and add-ons
Choose the package that matches your status, plus any add-ons — dinner, lunch, refreshments, or the shuttle. The remaining menus unlock once this is saved.
3. Submitting a paper (presenters only)
Describe your paper
Use "New submission": choose the level (national/international), Oral or Poster, the presentation language, the track, and the publication format.
Attach all four files
Upload the full version (with author names) and the blinded version, each as both PDF and Word. The blinded file must contain no author names or affiliations — it is the copy sent to reviewers.
Track the progress
The "Progress" card on your dashboard shows the stage: submitted, screening, registration fee, fee verification, peer review, result, and room assignment.
Revise when asked
If the committee or a reviewer requests changes, you receive an email listing each point. Edit from your submission list and resubmit.
4. Paying your fee
Select what you are paying for
Open "Upload Registration Fee Slip", tick the items — registration for a paper, add-ons — and continue. The total is shown for you to check first.
Apply a coupon
If you were given a coupon code, enter it before paying. The discount is applied and the amount you actually need to transfer is shown immediately.
Transfer and upload the slip
Transfer the shown amount, then enter the date and time of the transfer and attach the slip (JPG, PNG, or PDF) before submitting.
Wait for verification
Finance checks and confirms, usually within 1–2 working days. You then receive an emailed receipt, and if you are a presenter your paper is released to the reviewers automatically.
5. Before the conference
Receive your result
Presenters receive an email with the decision. If accepted, the same email gives the room, date, and time of the presentation.
Check the schedule
The "Presentation schedule" page lists the full programme, filterable by track and day, and is open to every attendee.
Download your receipt
The "Receipts" menu is where you download your original receipt — in Thai or in English, one or the other, once only. After that, copies in the same language are available as often as you need. Templates are on the "Downloads" page.
Once signed in, a "User Guide" menu shows the steps for your own role.
