A comprehensive guide for all users of The 1st Princess of Naradhiwas University National and International Conference 2027 (1st PNUNIC 2027)
Steps to create a new account for first-time users.
Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the website, or click the "Register" link on the login page.
Enter your email, password, name, country, and contact details. Participation type and attendance mode are not selected yet.
Click "Review Data". After confirming the details are correct, click "Confirm Registration".
A verification link will be sent to your registered email. Open that link before completing your affiliation and participation details.
After email verification, the system opens the affiliation and participation page:
After saving the affiliation and participation details, the system opens the appropriate dashboard for the chosen participation type.
Click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the website.
Members sign in with their registered email. Staff accounts may use a username or email. A university email is not required for members, but the address must be able to receive messages.
Before clicking "Sign In", tick the Cloudflare check below the password field (it sometimes passes automatically). After 5 wrong passwords, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes.
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email — a reset link will be sent to your email.
After login, go to "Profile Settings" to edit your name, phone, organization, and other details.
In "Profile Settings", you can change your password by entering the current and new password.
Use a unique password and never share it — especially for staff accounts. If you suspect your password has leaked, change it immediately.
Viewers can attend the conference without presenting any papers.
After login, you'll see the dashboard showing conference details, registration status, payment status, and presentation schedule.
Click "Pay Now" on the dashboard to process registration payment (see "Payment" section for details).
View the presentation schedule from the "Schedule" menu to plan which sessions to attend.
After payment is confirmed, download your receipt from the dashboard. After the conference, download your certificate of attendance.
Presenters can submit research papers, track review status, revise papers, and manage their presentations.
Go to "Submit Paper" → choose national/international → Oral/Poster → Thai/English/Arabic → track → Onsite/Online → Abstract Book, Proceedings, or Journal → complete the details and required files.
Submission status is shown on the dashboard:
If you receive a "Revision Requested" status — click on your paper → review comments → edit and upload revised paper → resubmit.
After your paper is accepted, proceed to pay the registration fee (see "Payment" section).
Check your presentation time and room from the "Schedule" and attend at the assigned time.
After acceptance, upload the final PDF and verify the title, authors, affiliations, abstracts, and keywords. Every submitted version and its SHA-256 are preserved.
If revision is requested, follow the note and submit a new version. Publication requires an approved file, verified payment, and confirmed presentation.
After publication, the paper appears in Proceedings. Readers can download the PDF and BibTeX or RIS citations. Use the DOI as the primary persistent identifier when available.
From the dashboard, select "Upload Slip", attach a clear JPG, PNG, or PDF showing amount, date, time, and reference number, confirm the covered items, and wait for finance verification.
If your slip is rejected, you can upload a new one.
After verification, the system archives a separate receipt for each payment. Applicants download an exact copy from the dashboard, marked with a Copy label and watermark.
Read the rejection reason before uploading again. If a duplicate payment or reference is reported, do not create another transaction; contact Finance with the displayed incident reference.
Check these items before contacting support, and always include a screenshot and the time of the incident.
Check spam, confirm the registered email, and wait 2–5 minutes. Contact an administrator to check the mail service if it still does not arrive.
Members use their registered email; staff use their system email or username. Check keyboard language and Caps Lock. After repeated failures, wait for the lockout period or reset the password.
Do not resubmit the same transaction. Record the on-screen incident reference and contact Finance with the slip, bank reference, and transaction time.
Stop using or forwarding the document and notify Finance with the receipt number. Do not edit the file or database record manually.
The camera-ready file and presentation must be approved and the record must be Published. If all conditions are met, ask an administrator to inspect the published file and metadata.
